- Gap in sealing of front door. Reach-in cooler damaged. Physical facilities must be maintained and in good repair.
Discussed: Discussed removing thermometer that is not being used as it was displaying an incorrect temperature – the correct temperature was being displayed by functioning equipment. Discussed use of sinks – they do not handle ready to eat food or perform food prep, but educated on using handwashing sink only for handwashing.
