Routine inspection conducted on 02-23-2024.

Critical:

  1. Chicken in lower hot holding warmer temping at 112 degrees internally. Potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) must be kept at 135 degrees or above to prevent contamination.

Non-critical:

  1. Ice bags stored on floor in walk in freezer. Food and single use items must be kept at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. (Corrected on site.)
  2. Damaged/missing wall panel in men’s restroom. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good condition and repair to be smooth and easily cleanable.
