Routine inspection conducted on 03-16-2021.

Critical:

  1. No sanitizing of dishes or ware is being practiced. Dishes and ware must be washed, rinsed, sanitized and air-dried. Corrected during inspection.
  2. Spillage in freezer and refrigerator. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized as often as necessary to keep them clean.
  3. Person in charge unable to demonstrate knowledge. Management and employees shall be knowledgeable in regard to the requirements of the 2013 Missouri Food Code.
  4. No gloves are available. Gloves shall be available for safe food handling.

Non-critical:

  1. No application has been received from establishment owner after multiple requests by EPHS. Application shall be submitted for approval.
  2. No test kit for sanitizer produced upon request. A sanitizer test kit shall be present to use for testing sanitizer strength. Corrected during inspection.
  3. Single-service cups stored under pipes/lines in storage closet. Food and food-related items shall be stored so as to protect from contamination.
  4. Wiping cloth laying out on food prep surface. Wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Corrected during inspection.

Note: It is highly suggested that establishment owner conduct food safety training with employees using the multiple handouts provided to the owner by the EPHS with proof of training evidenced by a sign-in log.

Follow-up inspection conducted on 03-31-21-021.
