Routine inspection conducted on 12-04-2019.

Critical:

  1. Plate in microwave in kitchen has food residue adhered to surface. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized as often as necessary to keep them clean.
  2. Plastic containers have rough interior surfaces. Food contact surfaces shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent. Corrected during inspection (discarded).

Non-critical:

  1. Hand sink contains plastic tub sitting in soapy water. Hand sink shall be used for hand washing only. Corrected during inspection.
  2. The following non-food contact surfaces are in need of cleaning: area under cutting board of pizza prep line, splash areas of cappuccino and soda machines, entire outside areas of ice cream machine, coffee and tea dispensers, open-air cooler, floors of walk-in cooler and freezer (especially under racks and crates where there is debris and spillage). Non-food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
  3. Bags of ice are unlabeled. Ice bagged on premises shall be labeled with establishment information.
  4. Pizza boxes in walk-in cooler are being reused. Single-service items shall be used only once. Corrected during inspection.
  5. Self-serve countertops are dusty and have areas of food residue, especially around soft-serve machine. Retail shelves are dusty, floors throughout are in need of cleaning, especially mechanical room off of kitchen. More attention to detail is needed throughout establishment. Physical facilities shall be maintained in clean condition.

Critical: None.

Non-critical:

  1. Splash areas of cappuccino and soda machines are in need of cleaning. Non-food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
  2. Bags of ice are unlabeled. Ice bagged on premises shall be labeled with establishment information.
