Non-critical:

  1. Bags of ice are unlabeled. Ice bagged on premises shall be labeled with establishment information.
  2. One end of walk-in freezer has large amount of ice buildup and debris on floor, soft serve machine has splash and is dusty, there is spillage on counter by soft serve machine. Non-food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
